CrossFit has recently announced that they have fired Dave Castro. Dave Castro has been the Director of the CrossFit Games since day 1 and there will definitely be some big shoes to fill. If you've been around CrossFit you may know that Dave is a person people love to hate. While controversial, he has been essential in making CrossFit what it is today.
