Eric and Corey sit down and talk to Clement, the owner of Elissimo Coffee. CrossFit and Coffee go hand in hand and we love that Elissimo is in same center as us. Clement talks to us about what got him into coffee, why its called Elissimo, and what it's like being the only independent coffee shop in all of Rancho Santa Margarita.
