This debate has gone on as long as humans have been exercising. What is considered a complete rep? If you ask 10 people you may get 10 different answers. CrossFit is unique because it was arguably the first training program to organize and detail what a full range of motion looks like in order for 1 repetition of a movement to be complete. It may sound trivial but there are tons of benefits to training a full range of motion. On the flip side, we talk about why sometimes it may not be beneficial.
